The petitioners, six in number, seek bail in a case under Sections 379, 411, 414, 401, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant. The informant got injuries on his head and one of the injuries found on his head is opined to be grievous in nature. It is submitted that there is omnibus and general allegation. For the same offence, the petitioners also lodged a case and the case of the petitioners is earlier than the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30837 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhepura in Kumar Khand P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 1904/2014.
