Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission is that the FIR would reveal that the named persons are under suspicion to have committed murder of the husband of the informant.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rupauli Police Station Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7116 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 No. 284 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
