2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 272, 273 and 414 of the IPC and Section 30 (a) and 32 (3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3 . It is alleged that 855 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from seized vehicle .
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got 2

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and other circumstances of case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned exclusive special Judge (Excise court ), Madhubani in connection with Basopatti Police Station Case No. 211 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 ( 2 ) of Code of Criminal Procedure .
