The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Mirganj PS case no. 205 of 2017 dated 4.8.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding quarrel having taken place in between the prosecution side and the informant side, which further culminated into assault by the petitioner on the informant side, resulting in injury to the informant side, which according to the impugned order, are simple in nature.
It is submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57294 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks before the concerned court, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj PS case no. 205 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
