JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2022 The present petition has been filed seeking compliance of the order dated 26.09.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 7496 of 2018. The said writ petition was disposed off in light of the order dated 27.07.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 269 of 2016, whereby and whereunder the appellant of the said case was directed to be granted two advance increments with effect from 27.07.1998.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court MJC No.2638 of 2019(5) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 that though the petitioner has been granted two advance increments, however, the consequential benefits thereof has only been given for the period post-retirement and as far as the preretirement period is concerned, i.e. when the petitioner was in service, the consequential benefit has not been given. In such view of the matter, the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Vice Chancellor, Lalit Narayan Mithila University Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga for agitating his aforesaid grievance.

The learned counsel for the contemners has got no objection.

In such view of the matter, the present petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the ViceChancellor, Lalit Narayan Mithila University Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, who shall grant the consequential benefits to the petitioner for the in service period, if not already paid, in light of the judgment dated 27.07.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 269 of 2016.
