Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414,401 of I.P.C. and Sections 20/22(b) of N.D.P.S.Act, 1985.

Submission is that nothing incriminating was recovered from the bag of the petitioner rather recovery of Ativan Tablet was made from bag of other co-accused. Considering the submission aforesaid and the fact that investigation of the case is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 20.03.2020, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.3434 of 2021(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.17 of 2020 arising out of Rail Police Station Case No.36 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
