Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in this case and petitioner was arrested and made his confessional statement. It appears that except the confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S.Case No. 140 of 2013.
