In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Excise Case No. 6(A)/2015, Tr. No. 2766/2015 registered for offences under sections 47(A) of the Excise Act. The Police raided the place from where huge quantity of liquor was recovered. The petitioner was found fleeing from there.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot, only allegation has been made against the petitioner to have slipped away from there, in fact, it was not the liquor of petitioner and he has wrongly been framed in the present case. The petitioner carries more than four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21326 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 cases of similar nature over his head.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on or after 10th June 2016 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Excise Case No. 6(A)/2015, Tr. No. 2766/2015.
