Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Naugachia P.S. Case No.119 of 2019 registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 120(B) read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.
