2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 350 of 2023, instituted under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the confession of co-accused Vikash Kumar @ Bhola, stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of co-accused Gautam Kumar which was stolen by the petitioner along with co-accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has no concern with the occurrence or with the coaccused persons. There is no recovery from the conscious
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46371 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a young boy having no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 350 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
