2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandauti P.S Case No. 342 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 448, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307, 354(B), 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner and the other accused persons have assaulted the informant and his family members and snatched Rs. 30,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that date of the alleged occurrence is 10.06.2023 in night but the FIR is instituted on 13.06.2023 i.e., delay of about

He further submits that allegation upon the petitioner is that he has made firing thrice in air in Angan and threatened to kill but no cartridge has been recovered and further he has broke the box and took Rs. 30,000/- He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that no offence of Arms Act is made out against the petitioner is the present case. He further submits that petitioner is in judicial custody since15.01.2025 having four antecedent.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order dated 21.06.2025, it appears that allegation upon the petitioner is of general and omnibus in nature. Moreover, no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner neither the cartridge has been recovered from the place of occurrence and petitioner possesses four criminal antecedent. So, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S Case No. 342 of 2023 subject to
