The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 498(A), 307. 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband and the wife made allegation that the petitioner tried to kill her by strangulation but she raised alarm. It is submitted that the informant earlier also filed a case under Section 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and, on compromise, the petitioner took his wife, but again the petitioner committed the same offence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 26.05.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
