Vide order dated 06.05.2022, petitioner was granted provisional bail and also case diary and injury report were called for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the order giver. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

From perusal of the case diary including the injury report, it appears that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. There is specific allegation against co-accused Rakesh Singh and Dinesh Singh.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58989 of 2021(3) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 and the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 06.05.2022 is hereby confirmed.
