The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Warsaliganj P.S. Case No.184 of 2014 registered under Sections 460, 468, 471, 472, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, a police officer got information that somebody is standing near the A.T.M. of S.B.I on such, the police went there and arrested that person who disclosed his name as Chandan Kumar. Chandan Kumar disclosed the name of many other persons including the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant made allegation that the petitioner is also a member of the gang "Chehra Pahchano and Inam Pao" but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the

Name of other accused persons, Ram Pravesh Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Rajesh Pandey have also figured in the confessional statement of Chandan Kumar and they have been granted anticipatory bail by the Bench of this court vide order dated 24.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33854 of 2016. Chandan Kumar has also been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44046 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the case of the petitioner stands on same footing as that of Ram Pravesh Singh and others who have already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Avinash, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No.184 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
