2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 24.07.2023 passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.10590 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 10126 of 2023. Order dated 14.07.2023 (Annexure-P/5) stands set aside. Other directions passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10126 of 2023 shall be applicable in the present case.
