Petitioner is named in the first information report but it is co-accused who took the deceased from his house.

Learned counsel, appearing for petitioner submits that almost all the co-accused of this case have already been granted privilege of bail and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing to that of those coaccused who are enjoying privilege of bail. Since almost all the private witnesses have already been examined and the case is only pending for recording the evidence of official witnesses and having similar allegation, other accused are enjoying the privilege of bail, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
