====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner was refused in Cr. Misc. No. 45116 of 2019 on 22.01.2020. The petitioner did not challenge the aforesaid order nor has surrendered and prayed for anticipatory bail since last one year. Prayer has been renewed on the ground that the petitioner has got a job in the public office. That cannot be a ground to review the prayer for anticipatory bail. Hence, this application is dismissed in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4671 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks and pray for regular bail, failing which the learned court below shall take all necessary coercive step against the petitioner for procuring his attendance.
