Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 354D, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he used to threat the daughter of the informant on mobile phone. Submission is that due to business dispute, false case has been lodged.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty

No.12971 of 2018 (2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khagaria Police Station Case No. 901 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that the petitioner would never be in contact with the daughter of the informant in any mode and if any such complaint would be received by the court below with supporting material, the court below shall also be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
