JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 343 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307/34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons of assault to the informant and others, causing injuries to them.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is a case and counter case between the parties and injuries are on both sides.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-III, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S.
