The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018 registered under Sections 364, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that the prosecution story in the first information report and the statement given by the informant recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. are totally different.
