The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 513 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 149, 504, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that, on 03.08.2017, at about 6.30 A.M., when the informant, Putush Kumar, along with Bijendra Prasad were making the ridge due to flowing the water in his filed in course of irrigation of field by Ganesh Prasad. Then Ganesh Prasad, Ashok Kumar, Surendra Prasad, Sugani Devi (petitioner), Mohani Devi, Pravila Devi and Sandeep Kumar started to abuse and cause assault to him. At that time, Ganesh Prasad, gave spade (Chapra) blow at the head of his brother Subhash Prasad and his sister Gori

Thereafter, Ganesh Prasad, Ashok Kumar, Sugani Devi and Mohani Devi armed with deadly weapons came at the house of the informant and Ganesh Prasad and Ashok Kumar caused injury to Subhash Prasad and Gori Kumari, brother and sister of informant. In the meantime, Ganesh Prasad and Ashok Kumar shot fire which were missed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with six other but no specific overt act has been attributed against her. Further submission is that she being the family member of co-accused has falsely been implicated in this case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 513 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
