The present modification application has been filed vide order dated 09.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14785 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the correct description of the P.S. Case No. is C2A217 of 2021 but in the impugned order the above P.S. Case No. was mentioned as C2A317 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the prayer portion also due to inadvertent typographical error "C2A317 of 2021" has been typed instead of "C2A217 of 2021" which accordingly carried in the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49324 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 dated 09.06.2022.

Let the reference to "C2A317 of 2021" as appearing in the order dated 09.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 14785 of 2022 be treated as corrected to read as "C2A217 of 2021". Order dated 09.06.2022 is modified only to the above extent.

The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond granted in terms of the order dated 09.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 14785 of 2022 is extended by two weeks from today. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
