The statement of injured was recorded at paragraph-25 of the case diary in which, the injured disclosed that an unknown person cut his neck but again, at paragraph-48 of the case diary, in his further statement, the injured disclosed the name of the petitioner and prior to that, the name of petitioner was disclosed by some other witnesses.
