In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No.125 of 2020 for offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the petitioner had moved before this Court for grant of regular bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6414 of 2022, which was rejected vide order dated 25.05.2022 considering the period of custody as also considering the fact that the petitioner is accused in eleven other criminal cases of similar nature.
