The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-a)b, 26 and 30 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.04.2019. He further submits that he is working in P.N.B., Gandhi Nagar Kanti Factory, Kankarbag as security guard under S-24 Company. He further submits that the petitioner has applied for gun license the gun license was issued vide License No. 76 of 2015 but due to inadvertence he could not verify the validity of license and as such he was apprehended by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45591 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 police.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019.
