JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 24.09.2013 passed in Case No.185/2011 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Madhubani, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7954 of 2014 (2) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. If so advised, the petitioner may file an application for interim relief within a period of 10 days from the date of filing of appeal, which shall be disposed of within a period of another 20 days from the date of filing of such application. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
