Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and it is alleged that petitioner no. 1 gave dabia blow to injured, Bano, who appears to have sustained simple injury on her head. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, no specific overt-act has been attributed against him and it is only stated that he was simply a member of unlawful assembly. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Case No. 127 of 2015.
