Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26(2), 27, 35 of the Arms Act. A country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Runni Saidpur Police Station Case No. 303 of 2017, subject to the condition that the
