None has seen the actual killing of the deceased and in course of investigation, the witnesses claimed to this extent that petitioner and one co-accused had called the deceased prior to the alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-III, Samastipur in connection with
