The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case No. 550 of 2015 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Section 498A and some other Sections of the IPC and u/s 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The complainant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her husband and other in-laws. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law of the complainant and no specific allegation is made against him.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner

No.45294 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 is brother-in-law of the complainant, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint case No. 550 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
