JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but after 23 days of the alleged occurrence, the name of petitioner came in the statement of Arti Kumari, who happens to be daughter of the informant, and according to the prosecution case itself, it was Arti Kumari, who had given information regarding the death of the deceased to the informant for the first time and , thereafter, the informant lodged the present case.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sitamarhi in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23485 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 Session trial no. 148 of 2016 arising out of Sahiyara P.S.Case No. 49 of 2015.
