This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation, in brief, is that the informant's daughter was shot dead while traveling in a tempo and accused persons named in the first information report are suspected to have killed her.

Submission is that the informant is not an eye witness. Earlier the petitioner used to work in the beauty parlour of the informant's wife and was removed so falsely implicated in this case and suspicion is raised against the petitioner as a conspirator.
