Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 370, 373/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 5 of the I.T.P.A. Act. No doubt, petitioners are named in the first information report but there is only allegation against them that they negotiated for the marriage of petitioner no.3 with minor girl. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P.S. Case no. 160/2016.
