In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 447, 379, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Looking to the nature of injury and the case and counter case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47481 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 within a period of three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the court below without being prejudiced by this order will take into consideration every aspect of the matter and pass an order accordingly.
