JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board').

2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking reevaluation of her answer books of the examination for Diploma in Elementary Education (Dl.Ed.) (Special) Examination, 2020 held for the Session 2017-19 in the year 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to demonstrate that the Board's Regulation permits re-evaluation of the answer books.

4. Ms. Kanupriya, learned counsel representing the Board submits that the Board has a provision for scrutiny of the answer books and if the petitioner applies for the same, the

Having regard to the aforementioned submissions, this Court is of the considered opinion that no Mandamus may be issued to the Board for re-evaluation of the answer books, however, if the petitioner applies for scrutiny in accordance with the provisions of the Board's Regulation with the requisite fee, the same shall be considered by the Board as early as possible and preferably within a period of one month from the date of submission of such request.

This writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
