The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.165/2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of allegation of assault on the head and the nature of injury is grievous against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the Court below within a period of four weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3503 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 today, the Court below will consider the same without being prejudiced by the fact that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by this court. The Court below also consider the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against him.
