2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024 dated 13.02.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner is involved in the conspiracy of kidnapping of informant's daughter.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioner is the uncle of co-accused Chintu Kumar. It is submitted that informant's daughter and

It is further submitted that the daughter of the informant is aged about 18 years. It is further submitted that earlier the parents of the victim lodged case bearing Nanpur P. S. Case No. 456 of 2023. The learned S.D.J.M, Pupri while considering the bail application of co-accused Ram Babu Sahni considered that the accused Chintu Kumar and victim were living together and leading their happy conjugal life and both are major. The court also considered the Adhar Card of both the persons. It is submitted that the main allegation is against Chintu Kumar. It is further submitted that mother of co-accused Runa Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 21.08.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50669 of 2024. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2024, having no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
