JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 As per the letter NO.114 dated 27th June, 2019 submitted by 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jamui, it has been indicated that only the doctor and two I.Os. are to be examined in the case. Trial Court has sought further time for conclusion of trial in connection with Chakai P.S. case No.09 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No.36 of 2016. Considering the same, the trial court is granted further four months' time to conclude the trial of the petitioner. The District Magistrate, Jamui and the Superintendent of Police, Jamui are also directed to ensure that official witnesses are produced on the date fixed by the trial court so that the trial could be concluded within the stipulated period.
