Petitioner seeks regular bail in Manjhagarh P.S.Case No.67 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 376, 306, 114, 302 of I.P.C. and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of POCSO Act. Allegation in brief is that Ajit Kumar and this petitioner enticed away the daughter of the informant and Ajit Kumar married with her and both were living together at Vadodara in Gujrat and there both quarreled and she committed suicide. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant's daughter had affair with Ajit Kumar and they eloped together. There is no material against the petitioner except confessional statement of co-accused and suspicion regarding petitioner helping Ajit Kumar in elopement with the victim.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, in Manjhagarh P.S.Case No.67 of 2017.
