2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 31.07.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears from the record that the petitioner has earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 3367 of 2024 which was dismissed on 07.02.2024.

4. Petitioner has again moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail, which is not permissible.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the second anticipatory
