2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection Ekma P.S. Case No. 184/2025 for offences under Section 126(2)/115(2)/109/303(2)/352/3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.
3. According to FIR, six named accused persons intercepted the motorcycle of the informant and they assaulted the informant and his friend, Niku Kumar, and also snatched iPhone and gold chain from Niku Kumar.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He is under custody since 14-05-2025. The injuries

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 9 Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 184/2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
