The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the father of the informant was sleeping in the school premises, when petitioner and others made assault to him due to old enmity. Subsequently, father of the informant succumbed to injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no specific accusation has been levelled against the petitioner and there is counter version of the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of

No.30157 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
