2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved before the Trial Court and filed the petition on 02.06.2025 but the learned Court below refused to entertain the same.

3. It appears that the impugned order has already been assailed in Cr. Misc. No. 36769 of 2024. In view of the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move a fresh application before the learned Court below for grant of regular bail.
