JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.04.2015 in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2015. It is further submitted that the victim girl has been examined under Section 164 Cr. P.C. where she has stated that she wants to marry the petitioner and lead conjugal life with him.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29334 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.
