JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 1.2.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 3734 of 2018 with an observation that petitioner may surrender and pray for regular bail.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner last moved the court of Sessions Judge, Madhepura for anticipatory bail and the same was rejected vide order dated 7.3.2018.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court with direction to surrender and pray for regular bail, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is again rejected.
