JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, police detected that Sim was being used in looted mobile and, thereafter, on verification, it came to light that the aforesaid Sim had been issued in the name of one Rakimuddin who subsequently, disclosed that the aforesaid Sim was being used by the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case, except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36358 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Palasi P.S.
