2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 342, 323 , 386, 504, 506, 120 ( B ) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other F.I.R., named accused persons looted cash of Rs. Five lacs and three thousand from the bag of informant on the point of pistol and also threatened with dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is quite innocent and has committed no offence . No stolen money has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case out of business rivarly .

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and there is specific allegation against the petitioner that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons looted cash of Rs. Five lacs and three thousand from the bag of informant on the point of pistol and petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedents and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
