The petitioner being father-in-law of the deceased is in custody since 09.03.2016 in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, it appears that there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry against the present petitioner. As such let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23259 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 Taraiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015.
