The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 147, 323, 324 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was granted bail but his bail bonds were cancelled by the learned court below for the misuse of the privilege of bail. The petitioner is in jail since 19.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four months in a petty case for the misuse of the privilege of bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
