Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.37 of 2017, arising out of CIS No.46 of 2018, registered under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of giving a Dabia blow on the forehead of the father of the informant and this occurrence triggered by grazing of the field of the petitioner's side, both sides are neighbours and have also compromised the case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Dev Narayan Mehta @ Bouwa @ Boune is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11213 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.37 of 2017, arising out of CIS No.46 of 2018.
